ServSafe Certification

The ServSafe Certification is ideal for individuals who wish to prepare to take the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam. This one day 8-hour course will prepare your restaurant operation to meet state managed training requirements for foodservice personnel. This workshop will empower employees with the knowledge and skills they need to prepare and serve foods safely.

Tuition covers the cost of the ServSafe Essentials 7th Edition textbook, exam, and proctoring of the exam during the course.

The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam is taken during the final 90-minutes of the course.
