Program Mapping: How to Use a Sustainability Mindset in Decision Making

This workshop provides an overview of one of the most helpful tools a nonprofit can utilize: the Sustainability Matrix Map as developed by Jeanne Bell and Steve Zimmerman. A key step in understanding organizational capacity, this tool simultaneously measures profitability and mission impact for your programs (including your fund development and marketing efforts.)
