Breaking Barriers & Building Connections

Are you ready break barriers and build connections? Join Naturally Lewis and the Lewis County Chamber of Commerce as we host a networking event and interactive exercise to address current barriers and build new connections for the summer season.

Attendees (in-person & virtually) will collaborate in small groups combining individual knowledge and expertise to arrive at some creative solutions. We will address how, as a community, we can collaborate and connect to overcome barriers and create new opportunities.

This event will available in-person at Tug Hill Vineyards (limited to 30 people to adhere to proper social distancing measures) or you can join the conversation virtually via zoom! Please specify when registering whether you will join us in-person or virtually!

8:30 – 8:40 AM | Welcome, Introductions & Instructions

8:40 – 9:20 AM | Collaborating to Break Barriers
Break-out into small groups and break-out rooms
Build Connections to Break Barriers Challenge – Using the expertise and knowledge within your group, how can the individuals in your group collaborate to have a successful summer (Examples: event, create a program, start a new business, help an existing business, community development)
Your group will create a “road map to summer success” to share with the group

9:20 – 9:50 AM | Group Presentations & Feedback

9:50 – 10:00 AM | Wrap-Up & Bridge the Connection
Give each person in your group one person to connect with for personal or professional reasons.
