Established in 1981 by Rich and Amy Wakefield, Wakefield Apiaries is open seasonally mid-August through October on Thursdays only. They offer bottled honey as well as bulk honey sales (in your container). All of their honey is produced locally by their own bees in Jefferson and Lewis Counties. They also sell beeswax candles and ornaments.
